I believe the distance between where someone is and where they could be is shorter than they think. Most times, what's missing isn't ability. It's access, structure, and the right environment to grow. That conviction is what drives everything I do: teaching mathematics, directing music, building Springer Collective, and advocating for more educators of color in NYC classrooms. The work looks different depending on the room, but the mission behind it never changes.

Many Paths, One Mission
My work lives across many spaces, but it all points back to the same purpose. In New York City, I teach secondary mathematics and mentor students and educators through TIME 2000 and NYC Men Teach at Queens College. Beyond that, I serve as Music Director and Fine Arts Instrumental Division Director at Bethlehem Assembly of God. And through Springer Collective, we're bridging education, music, media, and entrepreneurship under one umbrella, built to serve people and give God the glory in every space.
